Special circumstance: in the event the manufacturer is no longer in business, Wake2o will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution. My Return Went Missing
Unfortunately, if you organized your own carrier, you as the sender will need to make a claim with them. We cannot be held responsible for returns sent using a carrier organised by yourself. Please insure and track all returns for your piece of mind.
